7-day returns
Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Electric cycles must be unridden with intact seals. Return shipping for non-defective items is borne by the customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of the returned item passing inspection.
